Name: GMD’S General Health Centre
Purpose: Gazi Momotaz & Dulal’s Foundation provides you and your family free health service.

Your local GMD’S General Health Centre provides a wide range of family health services, including advice on health, heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, stroke and other problems, medical advice, vaccinations, examinations and treatment, prescriptions for medicines, referrals to other health services and social services.

Monthly health check up
The check takes about 20 to 30 minutes and usually includes:
1. Measuring your height and weight.
2. Measuring your waist.
3. A blood pressure test.
4. A cholesterol test, and possibly a blood sugar level test, which is usually a finger-prick blood test.
5. Other test if needed.

During the check-up you’ll discuss how to reduce your risk of your health conditions.

Your Health Centre will make sure you get to speak to a healthcare professional on the same day if you have an urgent condition. If it is more convenient, you should also be able to book appointments in advance.

If you need our service, please contact with our volunteer.

It is important to keep your appointment, or notify the Health Centre if you have to cancel or change it.

If you are not capable to get General Health service and you are regular prayer of Asrafia Jame Mosque. If Imam refer to us then you get free service of us.
